Shipping (Local)

Local shipping covers peninsular Malaysia and West Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) via J&T courier service.

• For Peninsular Malaysia, shipping will take 3-5 days to arrive.
• For West Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawk), shipping will take 5-7 days.
• Please expect delays during public / festive holidays.

Shipping (International)

International shipping is only available to Singapore.

• Shipping will take 5-7 days to arrive.
• Please expect delays during public / festive holidays.
• Orders above 10kg might be taxed by local customs and must be paid by receiver.

Shipping Rates

• Price displayed is excluding shipping charges.
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on gross weight of total product ordered and location.

Self-pickup at HQ

You may choose to pickup the dates at our HQ by choosing 'Pickup' at checkout

• Select 'Self-pickup HQ', the address of the pickup location will be shown.
• Choose pickup date and time based on the business hour displayed.
• Choose if you will pickup the order or someone else will pickup the order
• If someone else is picking up the order, please ensure that the person has the order no.

Same-day Delivery (via Grab Express / Lalamove)

You may arrange a rider to collect and deliver your dates via Grab Express or Lalamove.

• At checkout, Select 'Self-pickup HQ', the address of the pickup location will be shown.
• Choose pickup date and time based on the business hour displayed.
• Choose 'Someone else will pickup the order".
• Arrange your own rider with Grab Express or Lalamove to the address displayed.
• Please ensure to provide the order no. to the rider.
• Put in the 'Remark' section that you have arranged a rider to pikcup the order.

Product Gross Weight

Gross weight is the actual weight of the product, including the contents and packaging.
