Self-pickup at HQ
You may choose to pickup the dates at our HQ by choosing 'Pickup' at checkout
- Select 'Self-pickup HQ', the address of the pickup location will be shown.
- Choose pickup date and time based on the business hour displayed.
- Choose if you will pickup the order or someone else will pickup the order
- If someone else is picking up the order, please ensure that the person has the order no.
Same-day Delivery (via Grab Express / Lalamove)
You may arrange to send a rider to collect your dates and get them delivered to you on the same day via Grab Express or Lalamove.
- Select 'Self-pickup HQ', the address of the pickup location will be shown.
- Choose pickup date and time based on the business hour displayed.
- Choose 'Someone else will pickup the order".
- Arrange your own rider with Grab Express or Lalamove to the address displayed.
- Please ensure to provide the order no. to the rider.
- Put in the 'Remark' section that you have arranged a rider to pikcup the order.
